These terms and conditions constitute a valid and binding agreement between genpak99 ("Platform", "we", "us") and each individual ("Member", "Player", "you") who registers an account or uses any service provided on the website https://genpak99.com.

By accessing this website, registering an account, or using any genpak99 service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which form part of this agreement.

genpak99 services are only available to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

• Aged 21 and above on the date of account registration
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not prohibited by local law from participating in online gambling activities
• Registering for themselves and not on behalf of a third party
• Not included on the self-exclusion list of any responsible gambling programme

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account only. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and will result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and active email address. Players are fully responsible for updating their account information should any changes occur.

• Your account password must be kept secure and not shared with anyone
• Any unauthorised account activity must be reported to customer support immediately

Withdrawals from a genpak99 account are subject to the following conditions, all of which must be fully met before a request can be processed.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per request
• Processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours after confirmation is received
• Identity verification (MyKad or passport) may be required for a first-time withdrawal
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same account used for the deposit
• Bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before a bonus balance can be withdrawn

genpak99 offers a range of bonus and promotion programmes to members. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions that must be read and understood before acceptance. The general bonus conditions are as follows:

First Deposit Bonus — 200% up to RM1,500: This bonus is credited automatically once the first deposit is successfully processed. The bonus must be wagered 15 times before any related winnings can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses may not be used to transfer funds between players
• genpak99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion with prior notice
• Bonus abuse will result in cancellation of the bonus and possible account closure
• Each player is only eligible to receive each type of bonus once unless stated otherwise

All games available on the genpak99 platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, and arcade games — operate using a certified random number generator (RNG) or a live draw system conducted fairly.

Game results are final once a round or bet has been processed. Any dispute regarding a game result must be submitted to customer support within 48 hours of the incident.

• The use of bots, automated software, or any unauthorised assistance tools is prohibited
• Cooperation between players to cheat the system ("collusion") is a serious offence and will be acted upon
• Each game type has specific rules that can be found in the help section of the respective game

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action against the relevant account, including temporary suspension or permanent closure:

• Owning or using multiple accounts
• Identity fraud or use of falsified documents
• Money laundering through the gambling platform

• Using credit cards or third-party financial accounts for deposits

Players may close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Before the account closure is processed, all related wagering requirements must be completed and there must be no outstanding disputes.

genpak99 also reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account unilaterally in the event of a breach of these terms, with no obligation to compensate for unused bonuses. Real money balances (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the player subject to a satisfactory investigation.

genpak99 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by players as a result of using this platform, including internet connection disruptions, player equipment failure, or technical issues beyond our control.

The genpak99 platform is provided on an "as is" basis and we make no guarantee that the service will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled maintenance work may be carried out that will cause the platform to be temporarily inaccessible.

genpak99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon being published on this website.
